Founder, Knights of St. Mulumba Nigeria
The Order of the Knights of St. Mulumba Nigeria is a fraternal Association of Catholic men, modelled on the Sacred Order of Catholic Knighthood. It is founded upon the principles of Catholic Action and is submissive to Ecclesiastical Authority.
Founded on 14th June 1953 by the Late Very REV. FR (ABBOT) Abraham Anselm Isidahome Ojefua, the Order has grown to encompass over 301 Subcouncils spread across the 9 Ecclesiastical Provinces of the nation, with its headquarters at Onitsha, Anambra State and over 23,000 members.
The Supreme Council is the highest organ of its government. Its annual Supreme Convention is hosted by each of the 9 Metro Councils in rotation. The 2026 edition holds in Tafawa Balewa Square, Lagos.

Almighty God and Father, we thank You for calling us to serve You as Knights and Ladies of St. Mulumba. As we prepare for the 47th Supreme Convention in Lagos, we ask that You guide us and sustain us in Your providence.
Let Your presence be with us in all our plans and activities. Grant us unity, love, and mutual understanding. Remove every form of discord and strengthen us in faith and service.
Bless us with the resources needed for a successful Convention, and touch the hearts of all who will support us. Protect all participants, grant them safe journeys, and make this gathering peaceful and fruitful.
May this Convention bring glory to Your Holy Name and renew our commitment to serve You and Your Church, through Christ our Lord. Amen.
